Small Agency of the Year.
What this means for the people we actually work for.
Awards are strange things. Especially in advertising. Most of them get handed out for work that looks great on a shelf and never moves a real business metric. Ad Age’s Small Agency Awards are one of the few that consistently reward the opposite: firms that quietly make their clients more valuable.
So being named the Gold Small Agency of the Year in the Southwest matters to us for a specific reason. It’s external validation that the operating-partner model we’ve been building — strategy embedded inside PE-backed healthcare platforms, not sold to them from a distance — is working.
The firms Ad Age recognized this year all had the same thing in common: they don’t treat their clients like campaigns. They treat them like companies. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to, and it’s the standard our clients have every right to expect.
Nothing about how we work changes. We still don’t dabble. We still specialize in PE-backed healthcare, from de novo through platform exit. We still run a fractional-by-design engagement model that puts senior operators inside your business every week.
The award is nice. The work is what matters. On to the next quarter.
